	*Bart & Hadley*
Bart, the CCO, began emaginesuccess, LLC (ems) back in Austin, Texas as he was graduating from college. His goal was to promote positive relations among those he worked with and motivate those who were unmotivated. He was know nationally as a motivational speaker and one who could make you laugh and reflect on critical issues. His success took him to a stint at USC for a summer, as well as interaction with #41 - Pres. George Herbert Walker Bush. Bart also was event planner for a convention involving then second-lady Barbara Bush and Texas Governor Ann Richards. He had the unique opportunity to interview Ms. Richards for a professional journal he edited. From that moment, he worked vigorously for Ms. Richards. Bart moved to St. Louis where he continued his travels, his writing, and his speaking. It was in St. Louis where he met Hadley and the two of them became an instant Dynamic Duo on a project for Microsoft and Wave Technologies.
	Hadley is the HFIC of ems. The HFIC is the Head of Futuristic Innovations and Communication and that is exactly what he does. Hadley is light years ahead of his time in both his knowledge and approach to any challenge. When he and Bart worked on a Microsoft Server project for Wave Technologies, it was Hadley that saved the entire project and turned it into a million dollar profit maker for the company. Bart was the project manager and Hadley fast became the project lead. When the rest of the team threw up their hands and swore it couldn't be done, Hadley saw that challenge as one of the greatest opportunities. The challenge was that Microsoft had yet written standards for a new Server release. Wave Technologies hired the group to develop study guides, test questions, and replicate the servers on a global network. All would lead to Microsoft Server Certification. That was all it took - Hadley couldn't stop until he found the answers. And, he found them all! The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Since those early days, he and Bart have challenged each other to move forward and be creative and innovative. Their partnership is unique. Who knows what Hadley may come up with next? But, you can be assured, many people will say, "Gee, I wish I had thought of that!"
